Surf Boat Charter Experience

The fabulous Sea Coral Surf Charter is perfect for surfers looking to kick back on a moderate standard boat charter that has been a popular choice for years with surfers. Touring on boats allows total flexibility, maximising your surf time. This surf charter is for 4 to 5 surfers exclusively.

Wake up to perfect waves at sunrise, followed by a hearty breakfast, surf and maybe sample some of the best fishing in the world. Lunch is on the deck – it could be that huge fish you caught in the morning. Delivery to the lineup by dingy after lunch, maybe!

We use experienced exclusive Surfari boats with local Maldivian surf guides to offer you the surfer, the luxury of travelling the islands and secluded surf spots of the Maldives and beyond. Sailing in North Male Atolls provides calm sailing conditions, short distances between breaks, your choice of lefts and rights, and your choice of intensity. Surf the best waves in this region – Honky’s, Sultans, Ninjas, Cokes and Chickens.

Your evenings can be spent at one of the many high-quality resorts in the atolls enjoying a cold beer or glass of wine whilst having dinner or partying at the disco or, if you wish, just shooting pool. Alternatively, why not sit back on the boat’s deck, watch the sky, and relax in candlelight under the stars.

The Surf Charter

Our exclusive crew includes the Maldivian skipper, cook, deckhand, and most importantly, a local surf guide. They will get you to the best waves at the right time. All charters include 3 hearty meals per day and mineral water. Alcohol and other beverages can be purchased on board at reasonable bar prices using cash or card payment.

The Sea Coral is perfect for smaller surf groups, built-in 1988 and has a cruise speed of 8 knots with a lovely timber hull; the vessel has the perfect shallow draft to safely take you closer to surf reefs, an advantage for surfers; this is an added bonus. The sleeping accommodation is within 3 cabins with bunk beds and 2 toilets, including showers.

Our charter features a bar, dining area, library, sun deck, television, DVD player, music player, snorkelling gear, fishing equipment and a nice dinghy. The leisure and entertainment will include night fishing, snorkelling, BBQ on a desert island, island hopping and many other small things, or you can just mellow out on the boat.

The electricity is provided by a soundproof generator, and we have a water desalination facility on the boat. The surf charter has all the emergency equipment needed for surfing in the northern atolls.
