Escape to the captivating shores of Taiwan, where ancient heritage meets golden coastlines and world-class surf. This 11-day journey blends cultural discovery with six epic days of surfing in Kenting, Taiwan’s premier surf zone, perfect for riders of all levels.

Before your toes hit the sand, the journey begins begins in Taipei, a vibrant capital where centuries of traditon meet modernity. With a private guide by your side, you will dive deep into the city’s cultural heart.. visiting the National Palace Museum, home to one of the world’s most impressive collections of Chinese imperial art. Witness the honour guard ceremony at the Martyrs’ Shrine, and wander through the iconic Longshan Tempple, a spiritual hub steeped in Taiwanese folk culture.

The experience continues with a visit to Herb Lane, a narrow alley brimming with scents of traditional Chinese medicine, followed by a reflective pause at the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall. And for the perfect end to the day.. you will head to the Taipei 101 Observation Deck, where you will watch the sun melt into the city skyline from one of the tallest buildings on Earth.

Then it’s time to chase some waves…In Kenting, it is all about the waves. For six days, you will dive into a focused surf programme tailored to meet you where you are, whether you are catching your first wave or looking to sharpen your skills. Classes are in small groups and sessions are led by experienced, passionate local instructors who know these waves inside and out. With beautiful swells, mellow beach breaks, and a warm ocean, Kenting is the kind of place where confidence builds fast and progression feels natural.

Your days start with morning surf sessions, which include all equipment, from boards to surf photography. Evenings bring chilled video coaching and feedback, so you can reflect n the day and get stoked for the next. The rest of the day is for you to spend it how you wish, explore the coast, find a hammock, or go for a round or two in the water – your time, your way.

You will stay in a surf-friendly guesthouse just minutes from the beach, with a relaxed vibe that keeps you close to the action. And with private transfers, English-speaking guides, and hand picked accommodation in both Taipei and Kenting, all you have to do is turn up and get ready to ride the waves.

YOUR ITINERARY

Day 1 : Arrive in Taipei

Touch down in Taiwan’s energetic capital. You’ll be greeted at the airport by your English-speaking guide and transferred to your hotel in the heart of the city. Rest, refresh, and get ready for the adventure ahead.

Day 2 : Taipei’s Cultural Icons

Spend the day discovering Taipei’s historic and cultural gems with your guide. You’ll explore the legendary National Palace Museum, admire the ceremonial honour guard at the Martyrs’ Shrine, and wander the colourful Longshan Temple and fragrant Herb Lane. Finish the day with views from Taipei 101’s Observation Deck.

Day 3 : Southbound to the Surf

After breakfast, your private driver will take you south to Kenting — Taiwan’s tropical beach haven and surf capital. After checking in to your surf guesthouse, enjoy some free time to explore the coast, unwind on the sand, or simply watch the waves roll in.

Days 4–9 : 6-Day Surfing Class in Kenting

This is where the fun begins! Over six days, you’ll join a small group (maximum 5 people) for structured surf lessons guided by local instructors.
Each day includes:

• Morning Surf Class (10:00–12:00)
• Evening Tutoring Session with Video Review (20:00)
• Equipment Provided (Surfboard & Photography)
• Free Afternoons to practise, explore Kenting, or relax on the beach.
• You’ll also have private car and driver access daily (up to 8 hours) to ensure full flexibility to chase waves or explore the coastline.

Day 10 : Return to Taipei

After a final breakfast by the sea, travel back north to Taipei with your private driver. The evening is yours to enjoy the city at your own pace- revisit a favourite spot or find somewhere new to eat and reflect on your surf-filled week.

Your driver will transfer you to the airport for your flight home. You leave with sun in your skin, salt in your hair, and the unforgettable rhythm of Taiwanese waves in your memory.
